Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered at checkout. Pre-shipment status does NOT mean the order has shipped. THE CUSTOM COLLECTION products require 40 business days to be produced, and will be shipped thereafter.

Lost / Stolen Packages:
EP JEWELS is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once you receive your tracking information and confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Successfully Delivered Packages:
EP JEWELS is NOT responsible for any packages that have been successfully delivered via your courier. If, for whatever reason, there is a concern with your delivery, it must be by written email within 7 days of your delivery. Please email contact@epjewels.co
