Yes - it’s a permanent addition to EP Jewels. EP Timeless is the beginning of our fine jewelry chapter. What starts with core pieces will grow into wedding bands, engagement rings, friendship rings and custom, one of one designs. As our community grows, we grow with you!

All Timeless pieces are made to order & require 4–5 weeks for production and thereafter will be shipped to you. This timeline allows each piece to be individually crafted, finished and packaged with care.

All Timeless orders include the option to add Route shipping protection at checkout. Route provides coverage for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Orders placed without Route protection are not eligible for replacement once marked as delivered by the carrier.
*Once an order has shipped, EP Timeless is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or local delivery services. Shipping protection through Route is recommended for added peace of mind.*

Yes. All Timeless diamonds are verified by IGI. Certification is not included for stones under 1ct.

Yes - each ring in the collection will be offered in solid 14K yellow gold and white gold. Both metals are the same fine jewelry quality and durability, designed for daily wear and made to last forever.

At this time, Timeless pieces cannot be resized. We recommend carefully confirming your size using our size guide (add link) before placing an order, as we are unable to assist with fit adjustments after production.

Yes. EP Timeless pieces include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty covers any manufacturing related issues. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, third-party repairs, or lost items.

EP Timeless pieces are individually made just for you, therefore, all sales are final.
