EP JEWELS Refund Policy

All EP JEWELS are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, an exchange may be considered only on an individual basis and/or due to a damaged product (within 7 days of delivery). Any request for an exchange must be by written email within 7 days of delivery. Please email contact@epjewels.co

NOTE : If a product is damaged by a customer not caring for / overusing the product, EP JEWELS is NOT responsible for an exchange. Please refer to the 'Jewelry Care' page to learn more about your pieces !! 

After 7 days of delivery, there will be NO exchanges.

 

If Return / Exchange is Approved :

*PLEASE NOTE : shipping costs are NOT covered by EP JEWELS when sent back, so we suggest using a local post office for the best service & tracking ID*

If you choose to have a prepaid return label emailed to you, there will be an additional shipping, handling & processing fee of $12 which can be paid via -

We will send you a return label, to ship your item, once we receive payment.

As soon as we receive your package & review the condition, we will issue your refund / exchange.

 

Once a Refund is Issued :

*PLEASE NOTE : customers will receive a full product refund, NOT a refund for the shipping + handling fees that were used during shipment of their parcel* 

 

International Customs Duties / Fees :

EP JEWELS is NOT responsible for any international customs duties / fees.

You will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs, should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. EP JEWELS will try our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of your destination country.

Please do NOT refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery & return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

 

Custom / Personalized Orders :

THE CUSTOM COLLECTION is FINAL SALE once purchased.

There are NO cancellations, NO changes, NO exchanges, NO returns and/or NO refunds once custom order is purchased.

E-Gift Cards are delivered by email & contain instructions on how to redeem / add them to your Apple Wallet for quick and easy checkout !!
