What is the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes!! We offer worldwide shipping with DHL International Express for fast delivery to your country!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on location and the method selected at checkout, but once your order is processed & shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way!

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. Once shipped the delivery time, depending on your location, is typically as follows;
Domestic shipping
Free Shipping: 5-6 business days, once processed.
Standard: 4 business days, once processed.
Expedited: 2-3 business days, once processed.
UPS Delivery: 4 business days, once processed. *signature required on ALL orders $500+*
International shipping
DHL Express: 2-4 business days, once processed.
*note: customers are responsible for any and all customs fees that are incurred when your order arrives to your country.*

Each piece in our Custom Collection is made especially for you. We require 40 business days for production. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.

What is your return policy?
Returns & Exchanges are accepted for items received within 30 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges requested past 30 days of purchase will be reviewed by our team & accommodated on a case by case basis. Please email us at contact@epjewels.co with your order # + a brief description of your request so we can best help!
My item arrived damaged!
Please email us a photo of the damage along with your order number and we’ll send a replacement as soon as possible!
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to make a change or cancel it. If it’s already on the way, we are unable to make changes to your order.

Jewelry Info + Care
What’s it made of?
EP Jewels pieces are made from a genuine 925 sterling silver base and finished with 14k gold vermeil or rhodium plating. Our jewelry is not solid gold or gold filled, allowing us to offer high quality, unique designs & affordable pieces ranging from $50 to $250, designed for your everyday stack. With normal wear over time, the 14k gold plating may naturally fade, and pieces may begin to appear silver underneath.
Can I wear EP Jewels in the shower?
Our pieces are designed to be worn daily. That said, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes and lotions to help preserve their shine & plating over time!
Is your jewelry real gold?
Our jewelry is not solid gold or gold filled, which allows us to offer high-quality, affordable pieces ranging from $50–$250, designed for your everyday stack. EP Jewels pieces are made from a genuine 925 sterling silver base and finished with 14k gold vermeil or rhodium plating.
How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend avoiding direct contact with lotions, perfumes, creams, and harsh chemicals, as these can affect the plating over time. When not in use, store your pieces in a protective pouch or jewelry box to help prevent scratching and tarnishing. With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its shine and beauty.
What's the most popular chain length?
Our best sellers are 16” and 18” - perfect for layering and stacking.

Can I order custom pieces?

When will my custom collection order ship?
Each piece in our Custom Collection is made especially for you. We require 40 business days for production. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.
Can I return my custom collection order?
Because each Custom Collection piece is made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Restocks
When are restocks?
EP restocks monthly on the 10th of every month. Restocks are guided by community requests and demand for sold out collections. Please note that not all pieces are restocked, so if you’re eyeing something special, we recommend grabbing it while it’s available.
How do I know if the piece I want is restocking?
For access to the most up to date information regarding restocks, we recommend signing up for our email list & follow us on Instagram @epjewels for real time updates!
What if the piece I want is out of stock?
If your preferred piece is out of stock, we recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page. Once restocked, you will receive an email.
Payments & Discounts
I forgot to use the discount code - what now?

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! EP E-Gift Cards are the perfect way to treat someone special - and they never expire.
How does my gift card work?
