How do I know what tier I'm in?

Log in to your account to see your current tier, lifetime spend, and points balance. Your tier updates automatically as your spend grows.
How long does my tier status last?

Tier status is based on lifetime spend and resets every calendar year on December 31st. You'll have until the end of each year to maintain your current tier or level up to the next one. Don't worry — we'll remind you before the year ends so you know exactly where you stand.
How do I earn points?

You earn points on every purchase. Your earn rate depends on your tier — and Timeless purchases always earn double points.
How do I redeem my points?

At checkout, you'll have the option to apply your points toward your order. You can choose to redeem against a core EP purchase or save them for a Timeless piece — it's your call.
Do my points expire?

Points expire at the end of each calendar year on December 31st. Make sure to redeem before then so your rewards don't go to waste — we'll send you a reminder as the year wraps up.
When do I receive my birthday bonus?

Make sure your birthday is saved in your account. Your bonus points will be deposited automatically in your birthday month — no need to do anything.

What happens to my points if I return something?
