DOMESTIC
Free Shipping: 5-6 business days, once processed.
Expedited: 2-3 business days, once processed.
UPS Delivery: signature required on ALL orders $500+
INTERNATIONAL
DHL Express: 2-4 business days, once processed.
note: customers are responsible for any and all customs fees that are incurred when your order arrives to your country.
CUSTOM COLLECTION ORDERS: We require 60 business days to produce custom orders and thereafter will be shipped.
NOTE: Order processing during sale/restocks/new launches/holiday may take longer due to high volume of orders.
EXCHANGE/RETURN
Returns & Exchanges are accepted for EP Jewels pieces only received within 30 days of purchase and require a $10 shipping/handling fee on refunds and $5 shipping/handling fee on exchanges.
EP Timeless pieces are handcrafted just for you, therefore, all sales are final.
