I really wanted to love this necklace — it was beautiful when I bought it. Unfortunately, after just two months, one of the main jewels fell out, making it unwearable. When I reached out to the company, they told me they only honor issues within 30 days, even though this is clearly a craftsmanship defect rather than a return.

Quality jewelry shouldn’t fall apart this quickly, and I was disappointed that the company refused to repair or replace it. Sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.
