Timeless pieces cannot be resized. We recommend carefully confirming your size using our size guide before placing an order, as we are unable to assist with fit adjustments after production.

Shipping Protection:

All Timeless orders include the option to add Route shipping protection at checkout. Shipping protection through Route is recommended for added peace of mind. Route provides coverage for loss, theft or damage during transit. 

Orders placed without Route protection are not eligible for replacement once marked as delivered by the carrier. *Once an order has shipped, EP Timeless is not responsible for issues/delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or local delivery services.
