Words can’t fully capture the level of dedication EP Jewels shows its customers. I made a mistake that was entirely my fault, and their customer service went above and beyond to fix it. The professionalism, success, and efficiency of this business—especially given how new it is and the age of its founder—is truly impressive.

The necklace is beautiful, fits perfectly, and is exactly what I wanted. I’ve worn it in the shower three times now, and there’s not a single sign of dullness. From the customer service and packaging to the quality of the product and the mission behind it all, EP Jewels is simply perfection.

First shipment time is reasonable! Packing is perfect and reusable! Even for traveling. The necklace flips around and its frustrating. While wearing i keep having to lay it back down.

Its way too short for a woman neck like mine super super choker but bought bracket clamp extenders hopefully make it longer but very cute. But an O that was also very short chain as well but also super cute
