Domestic Delivery:
No Rush = 5-8 business days once processed & shipped
Standard = 3-5 business days once processed & shipped
Expedited = 1-2 business days once processed & shipped
International Delivery:
No Rush = 18-20 business days once processed & shipped
Standard = 14-16 business days once processed & shipped
Priority = 8-10 business days once processed & shipped

NOTE: Order processing during sale/promotions/restock/new releases may take longer due to high volume of orders.
Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered at checkout. Pre-shipment status does NOT mean the order has shipped. Pre-shipment means that USPS has been advised of the tracking number (mailing label) that will be used to track your parcel once shipped.
Custom/Personalized Orders:
THE CUSTOM COLLECTION products require 40 business days to be produced, and will be shipped thereafter.
This is a custom order & is FINAL SALE once purchased.
There are NO cancellations, NO changes, NO exchanges, NO returns and/or NO refunds once custom order is purchased.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
EP JEWELS is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once you receive your tracking information and confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Successfully Delivered Packages:
EP JEWELS is NOT responsible for any packages that have been successfully delivered via your courier. If, for whatever reason, there is a concern with your delivery, it must be by written email within 7 days of your delivery. Please email contact@epjewels.co
