EP JEWELS Shipping Policy  

Shipping:

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing BEFORE shipment. 
After the order is fulfilled & shipped out, delivery time is as follows;
 

USA Delivery:

FREE = 5-6 business days once processed & shipped.

Standard = 3-5 business days once processed & shipped.

Expedited = 2-3 business days once processed & shipped.

 

International Delivery:

DHL Express = 2-4 business days once processed & shipped 

*EP JEWELS is NOT responsible for any international customs duties/fees*

 

Custom/Personalized Orders:

CUSTOM products require 40 business days to be produced, and will be shipped thereafter.

This is a custom order & is FINAL SALE once purchased.

There are NO cancellations, NO changes, NO exchanges, NO returns and/or NO refunds once custom order is purchased.

 

NOTE: Order processing during sale/promotions/restock/new releases may take longer due to high volume of orders. 

Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered at checkout. Pre-shipment status does NOT mean the order has shipped. Pre-shipment means that USPS has been advised of the tracking number (mailing label) that will be used to track your parcel once shipped.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

EP JEWELS is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once you receive your tracking information and confirmation that your order has been shipped.

 

Successfully Delivered Packages: 

EP JEWELS is NOT responsible for any packages that  have been successfully delivered via your courier. If, for whatever reason, there is a concern with your delivery, it must be by written email within 7 days of your delivery. Please email contact@epjewels.co

NOTE: any emailed concerns regarding a successfully delivered parcel after our 7 day policy, is NOT our responsibility.
